My Story
Thank you for visiting my website and wanting to know more about me and my Scentsy business. I became a Scentsy Consultant on December 8, 2008. WHAT A JOURNEY IT HAS BEEN!! I first saw Scentsy at a local Christmas festival here in my hometown. I was immediately intrigued by the wickless candle concept. I did not buy any Scentsy products that day, but I did call the consultant the very next day and ask her 362 questions and then I signed up!
I was commonly referred to as the "candle queen" among my friends and co-workers. I spent unreasonable amounts of money on smell-good things. As a mother of four and a classroom teacher, I was exposed to smelly (recess smells) kids ALOT! I was never a fan of having a flame in my home or classroom, so I bought votives and melted them in the electric potpourri pots at home and school. The librarian would comment that she could always tell the students from my classroom because they always smelled good. So, no one in my home or work was surprised when I told them about my newest candle adventure.
What began as a new candle fettish, quickly became a dream come true! Five short months later I became a Director with Scentsy and am blessed to be joined by the greatest team of Scentsy consultants on Earth! It became very apparent to me that I could do what I loved, tell everyone I met about what I loved, and I could make extra money while doing it! Scentsy is such an incredible, safe, and innovative product, it sells itself! My family and my friends have been a great asset to my business and most of them have signed up to make their dreams happen too!
As the mother of four, an Elementary School Counselor, and a Scentsy Director, my life is very busy! It is also very fulfilling.
As of December 2011, three years with Scentsy, my group sales were $23227.98 with 130 consultants in my group with 36 personal recruits. I love my Scentsy "job" and am living my dreams! I would love to hear from you if you are interested in living your dreams~ Scentsy can make it happen!
